Negotiations form a vital part of daily life, whether in the work place or on a personal basis. Some people have a natural ability to be good negotiators, but for many it can prove both uncomfortatble and frustrating. These unpleasant feelings are often due to not being fully aware of the process itself and the many tactics the other party may use to convince you to accept a proposal you may later regret. Negotiating is complex enough in our mother tongue but if English is not our native language, the process becomes even more difficult.
Our Negotiation Skills courses provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to negotiate confidently in English.
